Food Truck

$50,000 to $100,000
A food truck is a large motorized vehicle or trailer, equipped to cook, prepare, serve, and/or sell food. Some, including ice cream trucks, sell frozen or prepackaged food; others have on-board kitchens and prepare food from scratch, or they heat up food that was prepared in a brick and mortar commercial kitchen

Fishbone Seafood

Food Trailer

$25,000 to $100,000
Food trailers are cheaper than food trucks. They can’t move through the streets on their own and need to be towed by another vehicle that has that capability. This means you will either have to purchase or rent a towing vehicle in addition to the price of the trailer.

If you are looking for great fried or grilled fish of almost any kind, this is the place to go. I would tell you you must get the fried catfish with sides of hush puppies and red beans and rice. Antoine was running the front of the house and warmly greeted us as we walked in the door. He took our order and also made some suggestions on what was really good on the menu ( the hush puppies), all with a smile and patience... great customer service. He ended his part of the transaction by telling us our food would be out in about 10 minutes. The food was delivered to our table before the 10-minute time limit by Javier, the man running the grill and frier. The food was so hot and fresh we had to let it sit and cool before we could take bites. Javier also brought out some cut lemon wedges pickles and peppers, which were greatly appreciated. The portions were big, the food was delicious and the staff was friendly. My recommendations are if you are in the Tarzana area, I definitely recommend you come by and get some fish here at Fishbone Grill.

A excellent seafood restaurant to eat at in the Tarzana area. Fishbone has a market and grill to whip up any of the varieties they have that day. The spices added to your choice is what makes their food so great. I have had the Red Snapper and it was excellent. Definitely stop by and enjoy this local seafood restaurant.
